Foodbike box design
- Specifications: Custom modular concept (VUF XXL MAX) designed for mobile retail and catering businesses. It features a removable roof with 100 cm legs, which can be dismantled in under 2 minutes.
- Materials: Structural assembly made of AGS aluminum (partially recycled) and FSC-certified Finnish birch technical plywood. Designed to be hose-washable with stainless steel hardware.
- Worktop: Removable 120 cm x 80 cm central surface, positioned at a height of 95 cm. It is made of HPL compact laminate certified for food contact (HACCP). Optional fold-down worktop extensions are available.
- Openings: Includes 1 access door for the rear storage area, 1 side service access (left), and 2 access hatches under the worktop.
- Catering equipment (optional): Cutouts for gastronorm (GN) containers, integrated refrigeration unit (-18°C and +1/+4°C), self-contained integrated water system (sink/hand wash basin), and compact gas pre-installation (Clip'on type) compliant with food truck standards.
- Customization: 3 worktop colors available (Black, White, Rustic Oak). Custom wrapping and decals with 300 DPI HD printing and anti-UV lamination.

- Wheels: Equipped with aluminum mag wheels.
- Braking: Equipped with hydraulic disc brakes.
Ergonomics, Equipment and Accessories
- Comfort: Comes standard with a suspension seat post. The low 450 mm step-through height makes getting on and off easy.
- Safety and visibility: Mirrors and front/rear lighting included as standard.
- Optional accessories: Luggage rack (with or without equipment), rain cover, bottle holder, phone mount, and removable roof-edge trays for decorative displays (76 x 20 cm).
