Transport Box Design (Keep Cold)
- Specifications: Box designed to integrate Cambro containers to ensure the cold chain is maintained for large volumes.
- External box dimensions: 1306 mm (Length) x 876 mm (Width) x 1351 mm (Height).
- Internal box dimensions: 1263 mm (Length) x 831 mm (Width) x 1320 mm (Height).
- Access and openings: Loading and unloading are made easy by a dual-opening system. The rear door provides a clearance of 1263 mm high by 823 mm wide. The side door offers a clearance of 1053 mm high by 600 mm wide.
- Cargo security: Secure locking via a mechanical key lock or an RFID badge and button system.
Cycle and Chassis
- Frame and Fork: Made of 4130 chromoly steel with a 15 mm axle. The fork is rigid.
- Drivetrain: Equipped with reinforced cargo bike chains and a heavy-duty differential for maximum durability.
- Wheels: 24-inch spoked front rims. 20-inch aluminum mag rear wheels. The front hub is a specific cargo hub.
- Tires: 24x2.5 front tire. 20x3.0 rear tires.
- Braking: High-performance hydraulic system. 2-piston front brake with 203 mm disc. Dual hydraulic rear brake calipers (2 pistons, 203 mm disc).
Ergonomics, Equipment, and Accessories
- Cockpit: 6061 aluminum handlebar (31.8 mm diameter, 760 mm width) with adjustable stem. Equipped with ergonomic grips.
- Comfort: "Comfort +" saddle and a very low 450 mm step-through frame for effortless mounting.
- Safety and visibility: Includes adjustable wide-angle mirrors. The lighting system includes a 12V dynamo-powered front light, a brake light, and optimally positioned turn signals (on the casing, body, or frame).
